Double sided Masking tape, also known as Kapton® tape is made of high temperature polyimide film. This masking tape is used in masking of circuit board during wave soldering or other electronic manufacturing processes.The Double Sided Tape can be used in powder coating, automotive and transformer manufacturing. It has high dielectric strength. This masking tape, offers excellent performance in electrical and thermal insulation.

Double sided masking tape has silicon adhesive which does not leave any residue. It can withstand temperature up to 500°F/260°C. It is packaged in 3" core and is 21 yds long. It conforms to MIL SPEC MIL-P-46112 Type I. This double sided tape is made of 1 mil polyimide material with 1.5 mil silicon adhesive on each side.
